This first-of-its-kind concise book (less than 300 pages) is designed to provide a research-based summary of the Indian knowledge system (IKS) for everyone’s understanding. IKS was recently added to the academic curricula across India through the national education policy (NEP 2020). Hence, there is a need to publish a concise book on IKS and its research-based applications in modern science & technology thus everyone can benefit, including the students as well as the general population. This book aims to summarize the contributions of ancient Indian science, technology, and culture in shaping the face of humanity.
